Affordable Rental
8.33% of monthly rent
For Housing renting at a rate of $1,499 and below
Full service management including, Rent Collection, Financial Reports, Repair & Maintenace Requests, ETC.
$60 monthly min per property (effectively making any property below a $750 monthly rental rate a minimum of $60)
$250 for a lease renewal (minimum of 8 month lease signed)
$250 for a new tenant placement
Premium Rental
8.33% of monthly rent
For Housing renting at a rate of $1,500 or above, and properties requiring agent showings.
Full service management including, Rent Collection, Financial Reports, Repair & Maintenace Requests, ETC.
$500 FOR A LEASE RENEWAL (MINIMUM OF 8 MONTH LEASE SIGNED)
$500 FOR A NEW TENANT PLACEMENT
